I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, equipped with everything you need from a purified water cooler to a full kitchen and a large hot tub. The amenities were lovely, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The service was extremely accommodating, even arranging for our laundry to be cleaned overnight for free. The hotel's location is perfect, just steps away from the main tourist street in Playa del Carmen, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The dining experience was fantastic, especially at the Plank restaurant next door. The facilities were top-notch, with a unique gym nearby and a partnership with Indigo Beach Club.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a large water filtration unit, making my stay perfect. It's just a short walk to 5th avenue and the beach, which was so convenient. The service was excellent, and the neighborhood is fantastic. The dining experience was spectacular, with amazing views, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the price could be a bit steep for some travelers. Despite that, I highly recommend this place!
